Founder and President of B2R Finance (Blackstone portfolio company), a mortgage origination company focused on the single-family rental and residential bridge loan markets.

Led Deutsche Bank's single-family rental lending practice; originated more than $5Bin single-family rental loans and structured the first ever U.S. securitization of single-family rental properties. 

Originated large balance commercial real estate loans in the CMBS group at Deutsche Bank and worked in the financial institutions investment banking groups at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Completed more than $50B in transactions and has structured multiple financings which wonCMBS or structured finance “Deal of the Year”.

Graduated from Princeton University magna cum laude with an A.B. in Economics.
